Experience with sending Police certificate AFTER the rest of the package?

2. CIC tends to be kind with incomplete family class applications. However, there have been cases reported in here where packets have been sent back for being incomplete. Not being familiar with those first hand, I can't tell you exactly why those were sent back.

The vast majority of these is a missing signature. Those will always be sent back. Others have gotten their applications returned because the application forms were outdated and they want you to use the new forms.
