Should i be able to get experience letters from all of my previous workers since graduation cause there a few employers that are very hard to deal with not answering my calls etc and i only have a normal format experience letter from them

You need to get reference letters only for the work experience that you have used to claim points. The rest you can mention under Personal History.

If now claiming points then fine, otherwise CIC might ask for additional proofs like pay stubs and salary increments to further prove the employment for which you are claiming points.

1. Get the roles and responsibilities printed on stamp paper, and put reference of your manager along with his Identity proof.

2. Get that stamp paper notarized.

3. Send bank statements where your salary used to credit.

4. Provide all the relevant documents like Appointment letter, Experience Letter, Relieving letter.

This should do the trick, Just make sure whatever you give should be authentic.

1 of my employer 5 years ago, they are out of business. I only have 1 reference letter, no other documentation. Do you think it will work ? it did work in my student visa app. i can get some sort of latest reference letter.

Do give the proof (like an email) that your employer has denied to give you roles n responsibilities on letter head.

No, it was just a small startup business, i was trying to help them grow. I can get roles responsibilities letter but i am worried about pay stubs and all.

Still, you have to mention the reason in explanation letter and your work experience should be paid experience.

Minimum 1 and maximum 3 years (FSW). It has to be 12 months and 36 months respectively.
