So if i have experience for 3 yearss no need to bring more experience certificates since more points will be awarded?

For CRS, true. For FSW eligibility, you get 11 points for 3 years of experience in the same NOC. If you want 13 (4-5 years) or 15 (6+ years) points to get to 67, you'll need more reference letters.

Ok i can get 4 years from an employer,have another almost 3 years from another,having one year from another employer and then later will be able to get from my current employer which will be one year by the time i submit my papers,not really sure whats fsw and crs so my question is will the one year from the hard to deal with employer worth the trouble or not?

Depends. If all of these are in the same NOC, not worth the effort.
