I got my experience letter from my organisation on the letter head. The following is the format

This is to confirm that Mr. X is working for XYZ as a full time employee from sep 2011 till date. His current designation with the company is "Technical Engineer".
His key roles and responsibilities:
.Interacting with business users, gathering and documenting the requirements pertaining to that business area.
· Create testing artifacts such as test strategy, test scenarios, test cases and review them with business users and solution architects.
· Perform functional software testing of Web-based, database and Mainframe applications based on documented test plan. Identify and report technical and process related defects.
· Conduct status meetings, coordinate with the team of testers and perform the testing activity during functional, integration and regression testing phase.
· Prepare and provide test summary reports and metrics (test execution & defect status) to project manager and architects for review.
· Review defects logged by the team, identify the defect root cause and forward it to development team for resolving them.
Create and execute performance testing scripts to evaluate the performance and reliability of software designs.
· Write, maintain and modify scripts for automation testing.
· Identify, research and implement testing process and automation using market tools.
· Perform all other duties of a Software Testing Engineer, as needed.

1. My problem is they have not mentioned "permanent" anywhere. Will that be a problem ? Kindly clarify.
2. Also they have given me a role called Technical engineer but actually it is software testing engineer. I believe the role name changes from one organisation to other. Will CIC be more concerned about the name of the role or the responsibility?
