Experience First(FSWP) but Employment requirement later

Hi guys!

I m new in this group. I need some expert advice.

I had two years of experiences as a lecturer(NOC 4011) in an university. I finished my undergraduate and had a professional degree in my country. After that I was qualified for Lecturer in the University in my country.
But my query is that in Employment Requirement in my NOC 4011, CIC requires Master's for the lecturer position. They did not mention whether professional degree in that field is good enough for that position. So in this situation, Is CIC going to consider my experience with my professional degree????

By the Way, Now I completed my Master's from a Canadian university.

NOC employment requirements are irrelevant for FSW applicants and are not assessed by IRCC.

So I can claim point for my Lecturer position under FSWP.

So Do you mean NOC employment requirement is relevant for CEC only?

Yes, for FSW it is irrelevant.
