Expediting Tourist visa application

As per this link, the applications for Canadian Tourist Visa are being expedited if someone meets the eligibility criteria.

Is it also the case for Super Visa?

I am applying for my parents super visa and really need to know if it can be expedited?

Qualifying applications aren't so much being expedited as prioritized, meaning they are being processed first ahead of other TRVs. Processing times are still very long right now even for prioritized applications. I don't believe super visas fall into this category. Just regular visitor visas that meet the eligibility criteria.
