Where did You find this information ?scylla said:Yes - an exclusion order certainly affects spousal sponsorship. The processing of the application will be put on hold until the exclusion period has passed.
No they don't.svetlana said:scylla, for example if my VO processing time is 14 months, my exclusion order ended in may 2014...will they start counting 14 months from may?
if your exclusion order has already expired, then there is no issue. i had an expired one on my record, and had no delay in processing. if the exclusion order is up, it is up. the fact you are applying for PR suggests you are now aware and are following the rules.svetlana said:i have a 1 year ban, in may 2014-it expired. i have a waiting of 12 months. my vo is 14 months. im worried
How long since you arrived in Canada on a study permit and didn’t study? How have you been supporting yourself? How long did you date your spouse before getting married? How long have you lived together? Do you have proof of an extensive dating history? The timing of your marriage will lead to extra scrutiny.I came to Canada with a study visa but was not able to start school cos I lost my sponsor, now I’m ready to start school I needed a coop work permit for my program I went to do flagpole and the office sized my passport and issue me an exclusion order .i was asked to report my self one in every month but when I reported myself the offer I met said where I stay is far to be reporting ones a month so he canceled that condition.i have appealed the decision to the federal court waiting to hear from them about the decision.i have married my boyfriend so he can sponsor me get my PR .waiting for my marriage certificate to push in the application.any advice for me .and I have not heard from CBSA since a appeal the decision
