Seeing this to Portal is usually instant to a week to much longer

Wait 2-3 weeks and if nothing, call IRCC and check if P1 was sent or not
VO Montreal has many cases of P1 getting sent and lost

Yes, I got P1 on 20th Dec.

I am a pile of nerves. Got a letter over a week ago saying that the decision has been made and that I had 1 week (7 days) to pay my RPPF (which I did in September), and after that, nothing, except an email saying that they got the receipt. No eCOPR is visible and I am freezing of how nervous I am.
