As we can see from the 10th draw, the points are not going to fall to 400 in the nearest future.

So the last hope left is Ontario nomination. I suggest to share our letters of intent to reside in Ontario.

But all of us should be ready to lose these 1500$ For sure that's a risk.

Good luck to all of us

When you logged in to your EE account you just scroll down to the bottom and find the column "messages". If you have a message you will see the mark "new"

Hey guys, this is Bardia from Iran, i am standing at CRS438 and got PT 3 days ago, about the ties, i managed to find a friend from university who is a PR and has been working in the same NOC as me in Toronto since last year. Plus, a coupla not-so-close relatives who has been supportive enough to write me letters and send me documents proving their residence in the ON. Any ideas if these would be convincing?

Hi ,

Can please anyone let me know within how many days one should get an acknowledgement from Ontario after sending the PT application package?

I received PT on 4th Aug, my package was delivered on 20th Aug , but no reply from them yet regarding acknowledgment of reception of application.

How did you guys receive an acknowledgement , hard copy letter or email?

How shall I proceed further?

I am also looking for help in this regard.

I got PT notification from Ontario, I am wondering what I can write in the ties to Ontario. I had been to Canada once and my employer's one office is there in Ottawa. Is that gonna be enough ?

Also is this just have to be a letter on a plane paper ?

Yes plain paper. Something that can guide you:

Ministry of Citizenship, Immigration and International Trade
400 University Avenue, Ground Floor
Toronto, Ontario
M7A 2R9

Subject: Letter of Intent to Reside in Ontario

Dear Sir/Madam,

Through this letter, I would like to confirm my intention to reside in Ontario.
I am Xxxxx. At the time of my application submission, I am 28 years old male. I am well qualified applicant, with 18 years of full-time education. Currently, I hold one Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering and one Master of Science degree in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology engineering by research. I have 2 years of full-time work experience in occupation described under Skill ‘A' of National Occupational Qualifications (NOC) 2133.

The province of Ontario is an economic and technological hub with world class universities and all type of industries including Electronics Design and Manufacturing industries. Based on National Occupational Classification code (NOC) 2133 mentioned above, my professional work experience, my linguistic abilities and my qualifications, I am very much confident in getting a job that suits my profile.

My listening, reading, writing and speaking skills in English language are Excellent as reflected by my IELTS report attached with my application. Further, I have completed all my education in English language and using English at work on daily basis.

As I am planning to immigrate to a new place, my language skills will play a major role in establishing good social connections within this new community. This will not only help me to grow professionally, but will also help me in settling down and be accepted in a community having such cultural diversity.

Moreover, my uncle Mr. Xxxxxx(my mother's real brother) is a Canadian Citizen and has been residing in Ontario since 1997 with his family. Their presence and guidance will make it much easier and simpler for me to adopt the culture and lifestyle that the province provides.

Documentation:
In order to prove blood relation with my uncle living in Ontario province, I am providing following documents attached and arranged in the same order as listed;
1. My Mother's and my Uncle's High School Certificate.
2. My Uncle's Canadian Passport.
3. My Uncle's Driving License.
4. My Uncle's Ontario Province Health Card.

Hi Farazh89,

Could you kindly send me the exact link on the website where it says that a job offer is not required to apply for OINP.

Because i was reading the link you have sent me and it states as mentioned below:

Fees charged by Ontario
The application fee for Ontario Human Capital Priorities Stream candidates is $1,500. The application fee is per application. The fee must be submitted with the application package or the application will be considered incomplete and returned to you. All fees must be made payable to the Ontario Minister of Finance.
The province of Ontario offers various options under the Provincial Nominee Program like:
General Category
International Student category

The Ontario PNP is an employer-driven program in that candidates cannot apply unless they have a permanent full-time job offer from an Ontario employer.

There is a two-step process to nomination.
Step1: Ontario employers must complete the pre-screen application process & they must obtain approval for the positions they wish to fill.
Step2: If the positions are approved, the Ontario employer must recruit foreign skilled workers to fill the positions.
If you get selected, you may then apply to the Opportunities Ontario PNP for a nomination.

Thanks
