Personally, I think that you are setting yourself up for big problems..
I don't think that a Hungarian passport will get you through the border without some serious questions. CBSA are well trained, especially in detecting "red flags" in someone's profile. My guess is that if you try what you are planning, you will never even get past secondary inspection. If that happens, no lawyer will be able to help you.

Also, because you do have dual nationality, you can forget about asylum or refugee status, because you always have an alternative country of citizenship to flee to.

First of all, I don't put myself in a problem, I am a person want to live in Canada like others, only searching for the good easy way to fulfil my dream .. not more ...

2) There are ( NO Red Flags ) on me here in Jordan ... that also for all my family members ....we are in a good situation with Government ( If you meant that ) ..
3) I am married and I have 3 sons
4) I work in the Ministry of education as a Computer Networks Technician and Technical Support for 10 years

Red flags refer to the way that CIC /CBSA will see you. Nothing to do with Jordan.
What happens when you arrive at the airport is that you come to the primary inspection line. They ask a few questions. If for ANY reason they are not happy with your response or even just don't like the look of you, they pass you on to secondary inspection. There one or more CBSA agents will take a look at everything you say, do and carry. They will ask you questions and watch your face and body language. They will search your phone, laptop and any other devices you have. At the end of all of this, if they still don't believe you, they can refuse to allow you to enter.

I really am trying to help you, by trying to help you understand that attempting to get round the regulations and stay / work in Canada illegally is just going to make things very difficult for you.

I don't know what to say my dear friend Zardoz after all of that ...
I really am happy because you did your best to me ... for now I have nothing to ask you related to Canada , but in the future If I have one I will ask you :)

It was a good time to run this conversations with you dear Zardoz and to know procedures and instructions for visiting Canada ..

every thing depends on GOD's fate .... If I have the chance to drink a bottle of water in Vancouver/ Canada, I will ... If I don't have it, surely it is God' fate and that satisfy me ...

Big greetings for you my friend .. If you have anything in the future new for my case, Please keep me informed ...
:)

Dear Zardos,

My question is of a similar nature as the conversation above but I would like to know more about changing the eTA visa into a work visa. Above you posted "You are allowed to look for work but cannot actually start working until all the paperwork is complete."

can you please provide more information about this step. For example,

1) How long does it take for the visa to be completed.
2) Am I able to apply for a Canadian Work permit while in Vancouver?

The Canadian Government website states:

"If you are already in Canada as a visitor, you may not apply within Canada. You must apply for a work permit at a Canadian visa office:

responsible for the country where you live,
responsible for the country you are a citizen[/b][/u] of, or
at a Canadian embassy or consulate in the United States of America.
You may be asked to go for an in-person interview at that office. If so, make sure you have all the documents you need to enter that country.

I am unclear as to where the locations of the above are, exactly . How is one able to begin work once offered a job if the must leave the country or wait for a visa to be processed?

Thank you for your help.

To change your visitor visa to a work permit you need a full time job offer from an employer in Canada and an approved LMIA from that employer.

Do you already have a full time job offer from a Canadian employer and has your employer secured an approved LMIA? If not, you should be aware that the LMIA process often takes 4-6 months to complete end to end. It's also incredibly difficult to find an employer willing to do it.
