Hello,
I applied for the eTA on Saturday and on Sunday I received an email asking me to create an account and to link my eTA to this account so that I can be able to receive email requesting some documents to support my application.
I did create the account but I'm not able to link my eTA to it, yesterday (Monday) I was blocked for trying 5 times and today I tried again 3 times with no success.
Please I really need your help to be able link my eTA application to my account.

Just want to ask something about my mom, she has a 5 years parents super visa and she's here for 2 years and 3 months now and i saw a info. that parents super visa can stay 2 years, and we are trying to go in US this coming June 2017 to stay there for 3 days and also to let her EXIT.. Please somebody help us cause were so worried about her, what can i do not her to hold...she has a US visa too. please ty.

Did you apply to extend your mom's visitor status? Has she been in Canada for 2 years and 3 months without leaving + without extending her status?
yah she never leave without extending status because we don't even know and its like i don't have any idea.. We're trying to filled up some form now to extend her.
She can't apply to extend her status, as she no longer has any status in Canada. She has been here illegally since her 2 year stay expired. If it has been less than 90 days since her status expired, she can apply for Restoration. If it has been more than 90 days, she needs to leave Canada ASAP. Note that if she needs to leave, a quick trip to the US isn't enough; she should return to her country and remain there for at least several months.
Yeah, the 5-year super visa does not mean she can stay in Canada for 5 years straight. Do what the above poster said if you say it's still within 90 days since her status expired.

Thanks for the reply but I'm still getting same message, no application found. I did feel the web form for technical difficulties with a screen shot of my details and waiting for reply/advice
