ETA concerns

Hi. Can a Venezuelan citizen (for which visa is required) enter with ETA if she is also a Czech citizen? She would be applying with her Czech passport. She currently lives in Venezuela. What are the consequences of an ETA being rejected (does it stay on record, like a visa rejection ? ) . Thank you

If she has a Czech passport (she is a Czech citizen) then there should be no problem.
