ESL income as sponsor ok?

Can any one help me? Currently I tried to sponsor my husband but most of my income is from ESL supplement as a full time student. Is it acceptable to declare my income as a full time student from ESL, would I get rejected as sponsor?

Please help.

There is no income requirement to sponsor a spouse. There are unemployed people who have been successful sponsors. Just follow the application instructions, provide proof of income, but the actual amount of income doesn't matter.

I think the question is in regards to whether ESL falls under the category government assistance or or not, no? I can't tell with an absolute certainty, but I am almost certain that it is not considered government assistance and as long as it's enough to feed another mouth, you will be fine.
