Hello

The PR application had question if i was previously married and the answer is yes although we submit with "no" answer. I already got approved and I'm in Canada. If they found out on that incorrect info would it affect me somehow? I have someone who threatened me about this error.

Thanks

It's hard to answer this question without knowing the full details. It is misrepresentation to fail to declare a previous marriage.

It's complicated. I don't even know how to explain. Let's say it was misrepresentation. Is it severe enough to cancle the PR? The problem is that I didn't fill out the papers only signed. And a year after I am already in Canada with my PR it brought to my attention from my husband which we are in the middle of a divorce. He wants to use it against me.

It's impossible to say based on the limited information you've provided. It's possible it could be a problem or it might not be.

It doesn't matter that you didn't complete the paperwork. By signing, you agreed that all of the information in the forms was complete and accurate.
