hello,Ive sent my application to sponsor my partner a few days ago and just realized that the translator had translated my partner names the wrong way on the birth certificate translation(di instead of dee).

also since english isnt an official language of the country we have also misspell the <<official>> english translation of their parents current address(on additional family information).

what should we do?

thanks for all the help as always!.

if you need to correct a mistake.....you may send the updated document with an explanation letter through IRCC webform to your visa office

also, Ive just realized, for an official translation of birth certificate, they might expect an original certified translation, not a copy sent online no?

you can send original by post - mail
thank you,to be clear.:
I write a letter explaining the situation, add the receipt of online payment, the original correct birth certificate and send it by post to the same address I sent my application to?
