Error in OCWP application - Please Help

Hi guys I got my EVN today and applied online for OCWP.(off campus work permit)
There is a place in the form where it asks:
"If applicable, provide the document number of the most recent visitor record, study/work permit or temporary resident permit issued to you"

over here I provided the document number given on my canada student visa and my friends in their application have provided the number which is there on the study permit.

I want to know that would my application be rejected by CIC? The rest of the form is correct I have provided with the correct UCI number and have also attached scanned copies of my passport, visa and study permit.

As long as you typed in those 8 numbers that is under the UCI label on your permit, you're OK. Just hang tight and wait for result. It may take a while now though as you applied over a week after it opened for us. It's first come first serve.

thanks my university took 2 weeks to provide me with the EVN
the cic website says that it is processing in 4 days. Lets jus hope. U got yours?
