What is the proceaaing time for entry Vosa?

For evisa as tourist do we need to have a strong reason ?

45 days for entry visa.

No strong reason needed for evisa.

Guys i need some help if possible.
I applied for paper tourist visa and today status changed to your Application is closed and on BLS site it is still under process.
It took total of 40 days for status changed.

any idea what it means- approved or rejected?

I don't think there are experiences of people applying for paper tourist visa in this forum after e-visa has been made available. You should call BLS and check.
