Hi can anyone help with my question: When I am trying to apply for evisa, it is giving an option to choose an expected arrival date within the next 120 days. Would there be any problem if I enter the date as 120 days from now (max date option availble) receive the evisa but travel after 120 days? i.e) if I receive the evisa but travel after 180 days? Thank you!

if you have 1 years multiple entry e visa you will be fine

Yes your child can. Any specific reason you going for entry visa? As e-visa is quicker to get. Moreover you should get OCI for your child from a long term perspective.

now is open u can apply online you can get visa within 72 hrs if your application is ok

Following Issues and Solutions

1. No Given name on Foreign Passport: Put XXX in Given name and Last name as it is from passport to Application
2. Citizenship no. NA
3. Have you ever been to India, NO, No need to give indian visa details as you havn't travlled before on Foreign passport.
4. Couldn't surrender passport before, Not needed for E visa
5. Countries visited before, I listed India. No issues.

You can chose 30 days or 1 yr but max you can stay 180 days on 1 yr one.

Entry visa is different then e-visa.
