Do we need an appointment to pickup passport from brampton BLS? Even though if we had paid for postal delivery. I am afraid since one of the member’s passport was delivered to wrong address.

No appointment needed for pickup time (3 to 4:30) but timing which day to pickup is not easy. In most cases they mail out the passport the same day they receive it, so it may be too late to walk-in unless you have asked them to hold it or are not using the courier option.

Can I apply for both Entry Visa and OCI? I am worried about delays in receiving OCI. So, an Entry Visa would help in case of delays with OCI.

If appying by mail, OCI application needs no originals. Only self-attested copies of supporting documents (including passport).
For visa, original canadian passport + copies of other documents.
Send the two applications independently -- not in one package.

no i only got 6 months/multiple entry
