Nov 7 - (Walk-in) Submitted SC and Entry Visa application
Nov 8 - Bls site - Processing at Consulate General.
Visa site - Under Processing.

Hi Which location you visited? How long was queue? when did you line up and when you get in? and how many photos we need to submit SC and entry visa same time?

Received passport today at noon eastern with entry visa. wising luck to everyone waiting. The timeline is in my signature below.

For OCI in Vanc jurisdiction, we are all yet to hear any movement for Oct 4th Ack. As per the tracker for OCI in Vanc, it takes a min of 34 days.

As for Entry visa, I am the only one that I know here has applied for it this week. There were a couple who applied Oct 26th and oct 30th from Edmonton walk in and they got it in less than a week. But not sure about the timeline now. I applied from BLS Edmonton walk in yesterday and still waiting for an update . The lady in Edmonton BLS told me 10 days, but prior to walk in when I called BLS on phone, they said 30 days. So I was confused as well, but I took the chance and applied for entry visa. My travel is Dec 6. There is no tracker for entry visa for Vanc, yet. But so far in this blog including me its 3 people that I know of.

Still no update for my walk in entry visa at edmonton office. I applied on Nov 6, status in BLS says in transit since yesterday. And Visa website says under process. Hope to hear something more today

Received email from cspm-ivfrt stating they accepted my file and passport is with the agent on 08-11-23

Visa site still shows "Under Process" and BLS shows Application Status as "Under Process" and application date changes to today's date "08-11-2023"


Hopefully now as others have it we should get our passport in next 3-4 business days just like in person application. I hope they process all postal today.

So far two data points for "postal delay": 9 and 10 calendar days!

Hi you have to visit 60 building. 60 Gillingham drive Brampton. Both applications will be taken care of at the same location

Got email from info@blsindia-canada.com

"Your VISA application with airway bill no ########### has received at our BLS Center" this is there generic email for all the postal application once they accept it. Now they will start processing and send the application to CHI.

My application was mailed on Oct 30 and reached bls on Oct 31st. Then On Nov 6 status changed on bls that application was received. But I didn’t get any email providing airway bill no from info@blsindia-canada.com as u got above.

That is weird but I believe you are next in line as our application got delivered on 30th Oct. So hopefully tomorrow it is your day for the under process update.
