Entry into Canada with Multiple Visa in the old passport

Question about CBSA entry procedures

I have my mom on a super visa. Her supervisa expires September 9th and passport expires October 9th.
If she renews her passport before her visa expires and comes back let's say in August with a new passport and a supervisa still valid is she allowed to enter?

Did anybody do this before?

Yes. You need to carry both passports.

Is it somewhere documented in the CBSA or CIC rules that I can print out and give to her?
I was looking for supervisa expiration rules and I couldn't find any.

Yes, look for TRV rules. It says that a valid TRV should be shown on entry.
