what form are you filing?
i just went through my doc and i can't recall it, but what i did saw is the form A-0520-AA and it's:
from (year & month) to ( year & month)
in that case you : from 2005/ month (january 4 example) to 2005/ month (july 4 example)

2- in your case if i don't make mistake 2006 you are talking about is the year the issue the diploma but here we are talking about the year you obtained it.if that is the case so put 2005 (the transcripts)
 
yes bobine, im talking about the same forms. n yes i checked it again, the issuing date is different from the passing date, therefore i have put the date in which i passed the exams.

i m currently a student of MBA and my degree finishes 0n 30 th april.. so do u think i apply before 30th as a student or after 30 th as a unemployed...? which is more fav..?

if i were you i'll do it before because i have solid raisons than unemployed.
don't you think it'll be ok for immigration officer to go for someone in activity?
either way you have your chances and you know what? sometimes we've got to listern to our heart and do things the way we feel.

u know wat i absolutely agree and i have already delayed myself so much that now i want to do it ASAP...thanx for ur advice!

One more question... i m attaching all notarized copies ... but there is one certificate tht i got from my department in Univ..which states that i m a full time student n that my degree gets completed on 30 april 2010... should i send the original or notarized copy of this letter of my dept..??

please read the following text:

1. a copy of all academic transcripts for each of your years of study, including the present year, excluding primary studies, arranged and stapled in descending chronological order;
2. a copy of the registration certificate for the current study program, if any, and a letter from the educational institution indicating whether you are studying full time or part time;

so its clear that you have to send the copy and not original. but here its written that a university letter will be required, but im not sure that whether your certificate would suffice. bobine may answer it better.

coming to my question ..i have original Univ letter which says that i m a full time MBA student and my degree will get over on 30 April 2010..i guess thats wat they need...so do i need to send the attested copy or original thats the question i m not too sure of...??

i think attested photocopy will work, as they haven't asked for any original document. for further confirmation, why don't you write to them at Biq.Hkong@micc.gouv.qc.ca

they have a very quick response.

i have answered the postal service part in the other thread, Immigration to quebec. i included a documnet checlist containing the name and format of all the documnets. by format i mean original or photocopy. then i arranged my doc according to that checklist and it was inturn in accordance with the quebec list of documnets.

regarding that professional trade part, i answered in the same thread Immigration to quebec, to Ali. plesae go through it. and if need any other help, do write.

2.Which is the office to be filled in IMM008... Hong Kong or New Delhi?
