Please let me know three questions..plz its urgent

1. In Form IMM 008 the category is Economic or Other for CSQ?
2.Which is the office to be filled in IMM008... Hong Kong or New Delhi?
3. Do we have to notarize the copy of form IMM008 which has to be sent to hong Kong office?

1. i ticked other and added QSW, as economic class is a very broad category. however this doesn't matters alot.
2. i filled Hong kong and not islamabad, as its being mailed to quebec defined visa offices.
