Please help.
My girlfriend has applied for her study permit in her home country and currently waiting on it. However she wants to come early to canada before the permit is issued.
She has a 7 year multiple entry tourist visa, and she will do a 2 month language course before her college program in September. Just wanna ask if this is practical.
And also, after she arrives in canada, we are planing to send her passport back to her home country to get the study permit related temporary visa stuck on her passport then send it back to canada. Then we are thinking of doing a flagpole at Canada/US border to get the study permit issued at the POE. Will this be a good idea?
