Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had any advice or knowledge on this.

Our situation is as follows. My husband is a Canadian citizen, we are applying for my PR and for our 2 daughters citizenship certificates. IF my PR is processed before their certificates are, would we be able to move to Canada before we receive their certificates in the mail?

Since they are Canadian citizens from birth, would we be able to move or would we have to wait for the actual piece of paper as proof?

Where are you moving from and how are you entering Canada? By airline or road?
We are living the US now and will be entering by land.

I would think chances of CBSA officer allowing them in with proof of their father's citizenship and proof of paternity, accompanied by dad, are pretty good, but if you want to be certain you can always wait for the certificates.

What's your (and their) existing nationality? If you're American or from a country on the visa waiver list for Canada, you can simply enter with you existing passports.

As visitors sure, but not with immigrant intent.
