3. Lack of language is fixed by an effort to learn it and not by a change of place

Have you tried returning to Bangladesh? Difficult to prove an asylum claim when you haven't lived in the country you are claiming asylum from in 20+ years. Not wanting to go there isn't a reasonable justification for refugee status and will very likely be rejected.

Agreed. I don't see Canada accepting this as a genuine refugee / asylum case since the OP can live in Bangladesh.

OP - If you want to move to Canada, you should look into an economic immigration program like Express Entry instead. Start by focusing on improving your English since this is needed to qualify.
