if u want to apply in canada ,aus,eng then u have to take ielts ....ku means kurukshetra univ or what.

KU is not acceptable for admission any Canada College or University unless candidates does not proof their certificates attested by HEC. IELTS is also necessary if u r graduate from karachi University, It certificate or letter of proficiency is not applicable in Canada,

go to site of many tv news in Karachi KU and many others universities in Paki are top in world to produce fake garduates. This is not my fuse, and I am not declaring u fake but the news is on the base of there research. Any how I am not here to describe u the KU status all know what is it now..

What you have done Akif and many of the universities in Europe don't require IELTS they just said if i have English certificate its enough

Go ahead with your English Proficiency Letter, as far college or university accept it than there is no issue with CIC.

Everyone can have Language letter so What is the purpose of IELTS?

I know some people personally and also on this forum having graduation in Urdu language but also maintain language letter from Karachi university? This act commonly popular here and known by VO so that many people get refuse for Canada due to English proficiency.

One of the most important factor that openly declare black list to KU is its affiliation institute. These institute operate and award certificate by the behalf of KU. Mostly people who graduate here are fake so that Karachi university can be declare fake.

I know that u r well known by English language but proof it to vo by ielts and above is the views of language letter.
