Do the following lines indicate that the English language test was accepted by IRCC? these lines are from the GCMS notes for the study permit, the application was rejected.

Official Language: English
Can Communicate in English: Yes
Can Communicate in French: No
Official Language Proficiency Test: Yes

It may be because I choose that we have ielts and we are able to feel comfartable in english

Nah! It doesn't work that way. I believe mine showed either NO or N/A since I wasn't required to submit any test.
