English and Native Language Problem

My wife is working on her application for permanent residence/ sponsorship. She's from and currently living in China, one of the guidelines mentions that she must Enter all names in both English and her Native language however there are parts of the application where it will autofill based on the info she gave in the profile page.

This only happens for the info she has that gets auto-filled. She is still able to add the Chinese character version for the rest of her family without issue but she is unable to add Chinese characters on her profile page. I tested it myself and ran into the same problem.

Is there anything we can do to fix this? I don't want my wife's chances to be accepted be reduced because of this.

Do it without the chinese character names and see if it works. If it does, short letter of explanation (attach somehow) and give English and local language versions of her name and relevant stuff (eg. addresses, employer names, etc) - use your judgment as to whether it's needed or not. (I'm not sahying all of those needed - judgment)

I appreciate the input. I'll tell my wife to explain the situation with an attachment or if there is a section that allows for it in the application
