If you are already a PR are you asking how to fill in the form to sponsor your spouse?
You cannot sponsor anyone just after engagement. There is no route to sponsor fiancee.
So where exactly are you looking into declaring your engagement? If you have already landed as a PR, you don't need to update your marital status with IRCC. Only with CRA for tax purposes (common law or marriage)

Ok . I got you . I am just wondering like my he applied for pgwp when he back from his country after engagement do he need to show that because there's no option for engagement only common law partner or married in pr application ? So he should declare that or not in pr because he is just engaged ?
So your question is NOT about family sponsorship.
If he is applying for PGWP, he needs to ask this question or you need to ask this question for him in the foreign worker/student section. His PGWP actually has nothing to do with you (the PR).
Back to your question, no. Engement is NOT a status for immigration. Unless you 2 have lived together for a minium of 12 months or have gotten married, there is nothing to declare.
