deba_avik,

I am, like most here, extremely dis-heartened. I fear, your case clearly indicates that the FSW program is coming to an end atleast till the world economy recovers. VO's are looking for the slightest opportunity to cancel applications. You were an extremely positive contributor in the forums and I hope you continue to visit us!

Regards

Extremely sorry to hear about the rejection , When one door closes god opens the another door

At last my story has come to an end. Received refusal letter (issued on April 23) due to job mismatch the day before yesterday along with another letter (undated) with refund of my spouse's application fee and my RPRF. FYI I got DM with detail line on 26 April. That's it.

I am not sure whether I will ever eligible or not as my NOC is no more. Moreover, I have set up my mind to spend my life in my homeland.

Thank you very much for your all time support. I will try to forget about this part of my life but probably it will be very tough to forget this forum, especially some heads. My best wishes for all of you.

brother,
as my time line, NOC and case almost matches yours, i want to give your opinion on my CAIPS notes which I got about 2 months back. My BFD was 1st June 2012 but nothing happened after that.

The following are my CAIPS details:

PSDEC: 1
SELDEC: 1

Points awarded:

Age:10,
Experience:21,
Education:25,
Language:14,
Adaptability:5
Total: 75

BFD date is 01-06-2012

IO comments:

PA has identified NOC code: 1111
Duties performed by PA correspond to Lead Statement And/or Main duties for this NOC
PA has obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economically established in Canada. I am satisfied that the points awarded to the applicant adequately reflect the applicants ability to settle in Canada.
PROOF OF SETTLEMENT FUNDS - MUST BE RE-CONFIRMED

Copies of PPT reviewed: No concerns
Personal History reviewed: No concerns

ECU Please request the following:
- updated proof of funds
- PPT's
- Meds
- RPRF

brother, do you think, me too in danger zone?

My heart sank deeply cause you are an active member, and active members deserve their best rewards.
your timeline is close to mine, and i remember saying to you that together let us keep in touch and share good news.......

How come VO Sing treat us that way? Long time waiting with every eagerness, expectation,.............. then the sky falls down immideately regardless of what hope we made....

i wish you overcome this unexpected moment shortly,
