At last my story has come to an end. Received refusal letter (issued on April 23) due to job mismatch the day before yesterday along with another letter (undated) with refund of my spouse's application fee and my RPRF. FYI I got DM with detail line on 26 April. That's it.

I am not sure whether I will ever eligible or not as my NOC is no more. Moreover, I have set up my mind to spend my life in my homeland.

Thank you very much for your all time support. I will try to forget about this part of my life but probably it will be very tough to forget this forum, especially some heads. My best wishes for all of you.

Dear Deba,

Don't be disheartened. When one door closes other opens.

You'll get to know the reason much better in your caips/gcms notes.
You should try other options like PNP or Australian immigration.

Sorry to hear this it's sad news for everyone whose ecase is in process with a date and have still not receive anything otherwise in the past "in process" one is already there for getting medicals if the has not been changed to DM on the same date as of the in-process date

Thats sad but not the end of the road. I can imagine ( literally ) how you feel as I recieved a NER due to job mismatch too. Upon insistence from my wife, I requested reconsideration and got my immigrant stamp finally. PRAISE THE LORD SHRI SAI BABA

Well, Anyways you have made up your mind to stay in your homeland..so you got nothing to loose. Just draft a good reconsideration letter with some reference letters / certificates that can substantiate your claim of being employed in that NOC under which you applied and send it to them again. Sometimes GOD wants us to push harder to get something that we want.

Last, New Zealand have also good fair immigration policies..Give it a shot..

Mr Deva : I know this is not the right time to think clearly, but I would like to share some words with you... I don´t know how old you are or how much you need to leave your country but there are many of us waiting for 3,5,7,8 years without giving up... Choose a trade or something to learn and work in short time (Cook, Chef ) , I don´t know and get 1 year or so and give it a try... I have seen friends that re-apply changing their NOCs or expirience and they are now in Canada and I still waiting since 2007 and close to redoing medicals... Well it is maybe naive since I don´t know your reality but I just want to get you to think that only is over when is over (+) ... I hope you´ll get whatever you need to overcome this obstacle and make somehow a profit of it...
