Whom should sing the Solemn Affirmation? Dose a lawyer can sing this? Please reply me. I have a service letter, but they don't give any letters with my job duties.

Hi everyone,
I am in the same boat. my company just gave me the letter mentioning about my designation, but no job duties. Please can some one tell me who should sing this SOLEMN AFFIRMATION? Can a lawyer do this?

This helps, My employer in India no more exist (dead) and his company also no more exist. But I have work experience letter. My European company and gulf company management change (manager change) no body knows me there now... I am in USA now I can manage from USA reference and all other letters but not from past employers.
I also need help in this may be it will help me to write down some cover letter to CIC and explaining also, I will provide all contact information if CIC want. but this is the weird situation...
