Hi,

I am sponsoring my wife and it says that provide an original letter from your current employer stating your period of employment, salary, and regular hours per week.

My question is can I give them my offer letter which has all this information or do they need a separate letter from my employer?

You should ask your HR department for a Letter of Employment. It should only take them a few minutes to create it. It's better to give them what they are asking for.

An offer letter can be old...it might not reflect new changes if any, and it might not prove that you are still employed by that employer. Just provide what they requested
