For Spouse Sponsorship, in form imm5532e, Sponsor needs to provide employment history. The thing is that I've an incorporated company of my own and paid myself using dividends, so now how do I fill in the 'Monthly Gross Income column' ? The dividend is paid yearly.

Similarly, in the Source of Income Documents, the checklist says "to provide an original letter from your current employer stating your period of employment, salary, and regular hours per week.' As a self employed person, how do I provide this letter ? Or can I provide some other document in place of it ?

there is no low-income-cut-off (LICO) for spouse or partner sponsorships.......your Monthly Gross Income should be the summation of your dividends payments plus any other income earned during the year divided by say 12.......however, if i were you i would state the annual income from my CRA notice of assessment for the year if you filed your tax.....'cos your actual annual income may be different from whats provided to CRA.....and IRCC and CRA are both Canadian Government agencies and you never know......just my opinion.

Provide a letter from your incorporated company stating your period of employment, salary, and regular hours per week and provide an explanation letter to explain to IRCC that you are self employed.
