Is it possible i can send another courier with the job description letter from my colleague since my application has already reached cic.
secoundly if my applicaton is rejected will they ask me my post mail address before they send me my full application back since my address is changed.

I'm afraid sending another courier will not work. Unfortunately a case like that has happened here in the forum....CIC do not bother to attach any documents to your application which are sent later. That is only possible if your application clears the initial stages and reaches your concerned visa office.

And no they will not ask for your mailing address if they need to return your application. They will simply use the address that you specified on the address labels sent with your application. Please do not lose hope because miracles can happen but still keep in touch with the post office of your previous address just in case.

DO NOT submit a new application until the old one returns because you need to add your original IELTS, ECA and Police Clearance Certificate.

its difficult even what will you do in case of IELTS original report
though you can discuss with some senior here

Just plain, neat, black n white photocopies. Notarization is not required.
