Employment Reference letter query

Thank you Senior Asivad,

unfortunately they are refusing to write the duties on the letter due to some company policy.. even though i have a contract from them and some pay stubs, you think its worth submitting that? I worked for that particular company for 6 months and its i need to log the experience in to maximize my points!

any last suggestions?

The only possible workaround is to get a notarized declaration from your ex-supervisor/colleague that lists down your job responsibilities. Then you can submit that declaration along with supporting documentation that you already have for this employment.

Do you have the contact details of your former supervisor/HR? If they can write a letter for you, with your job activities.

Attaching their business card and getting an affidavit to back it up should help.

I submitted my e-APR a few days back and just realized that the employment reference letters have been uploaded in an incorrect sequence (i.e 1st Job has the reference letter for the 4th, 2nd job has for the 3rd, 3rd for the 2nd and 4th for the 1st. ) ... careless mistake but do you think i should make them aware using a CSE?

It's a common issue, but send them a CSE anyway. The more they get the more chance they may actually improve that whole thing so people see what they are uploading.

haha sure (wish i could give a +1 for that)!! .. One more thing KrytOn ... while submitting my ITA, I

1. Updated a few NOC codes (for MY jobs) and explained in the LoE that they are a better fit and hence being updated
2. Moved some of my spouse's foreign work experience to the personal history section (since we couldnt get the reference letters .. stated the same in the LoE)
3. Evidenced my relation with my sister (who's a canadian citizen) via her marriage certificate (which states my fathers name and our old address) and an older passport of mine which has the same old address and the fathers name. Her passport + utility bill + name change document issued by Ontario province was evidenced as well. No birth certificate though!
4. Removed the 'canadian relative' part from my spouse's section in the e-APR (which was mentioned in the EE profile)

None of the above changes my CRS score. Can i stop being paranoid about my application?

Yup, you're fine. As long as your fsw score doesn't fall below 67/100 and your Crs score doesn't drop, you're fine.
