I applied for spousal sponsorship at the first week of October and I was not employed at the time. Now I am employed so should I notify immigration?

If so where and who do I send email/letter to?

It says on the CIC website they are doing October now so is it too late?

You can not send the employment letter now. After you get approval you can send it to your visa office. CIC-M does not receive employment letter. I am exactly on the same situation like you. I am waiting for approval now.

Not an employment letter but just to inform them I am now employed...like a simple letter maybe?

After I get approved for sponsorship, there wouldnt be a need to inform them that I am employed would there?

After getting approval, still you have to prove your financial condition in your visa office. They may ask your current employment condition, financial statement, bank statement, plan of how you will provide basic needs to your spouse. If they are not satisfied they can refuse your case.

By the way, I applied in sept 28 and they started processing dec 1. Still they do not make any decission. May be for this reason it is taking time or they are going to refuse me. I dont know what is going on..

CIC-M will only accept document only if any change in family composition, want to withdraw application, any fees, any documnt requested by them ..
