NOC code is not necessary. Look at the checklist and make sure the things listed there are mentioned in the letter.

NOC code is not required. The letter should clearly explain the roles and responsibilities held during that tenure. It should also clearly mention the tenure(period).
The letter should be on company letter head and should have contact details for the company rep.

Hope it helps.
Cheers

The employment agency gave me letter like this. Please let me know is this ok.

This letter is written as a reference for Mr.xxx who worked with employment agency name(xxx) from July 16 2013 to October 18,2013 at our client (xxx)my company name as a Setup Machinist where he was hired on full time, his pay rate was xxx based on 40 hours work per week. Looks good. Some points to add.
1. Is it on the company letterhead.
2. The letter should indicate the contact no and email id of the manager.

Yes its on company letterhead and all info of employer contact id and address...
Thanks to reply...

NOC code is not required, but the roles and responsibilities should somehow match with what's listed on NOC guide. Have you compared them yet?

It is better safe than sorry. Maybe you could add slightly more details to the responsibility or add more roles? What I can see mostly are setting up machines, read and interpret WOs, and using tools to verify dimensions. From Visa Officers point of view, it might seem that you are not contributing much for that position...

But i already mention above i got this letter of 3 months probationary period from employment agency. Then my company hired me but i didnt get my experince letter from my company. I will get it later in which they will mention my roles duties and responsibilities and all other point that required in it.

Please let me know properly is there any need of change in this letter from employmeny agency. I already put the same template of my letter above

I think this letter looks great, as long as your employer's letter also references the "probationary" time during which you were working for the agency, and assigned to the company, and explains the duties in a little bit greater detail (can simply say (if appropriate) "These were the same duties that Mr. S. performed from Date to Date, while on assignment from Employment Agency..."

I am very thankful to you guys to suggest me..
