Hello flocks

I want to know, when it comes to employment letter should I ask HR to make one for me and include their info and contact details or I should ask my line manager whom I report directly ?

It can be line manager, HR or even system generated (in some large companies its system generated).

If you dont get a letter that clearly describes your job and responsibilities, just get a letter from your line manager/co worker/ superior along with a copy of their visiting card / id card that has company logo and contact info.

Hi,

My employer said that as per the company policy, they can not include salary details on my experience letter and they are providing all the other details as expected. Does it cause any issues ? Is it accepted to submit supporting documents like last payment revision letter or pay stubs from my previous employment ? Please advice.

Add salary slips and a bank statement. It should be sufficient.

Ask your employer for salary certificate. My employer also did not written salary on reference letter but happily provided me separate salary certificate on letter head and that too without asking and the HR head said that they know it is required for canada express entry pr.
