Funded by the Government of Canada, the Canadian Employment Connections (CEC) program at ACCES Employment provides newcomers who have been approved for Canadian permanent residency with employment support to assist with their job search prior to their arrival in Canada.

CEC assists pre-arrival immigrants who work in the Engineering, IT, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Financial Services sectors. I'm endorsing this post please! I'm a graduate of Access Employment's Leadership Connection program and this changed the game for me as an experienced professional seeking opportunities commensurate with my years of experience. I learned how to job search and market myself appropriately for management positions and the support from Acces staffers after the program was phenomenal. Needless to say, I found a great role and recommend Acces Employment to all those who aspire to great career opportunities here.

Thank you for your endorsement. Greatly appreciated it!

ACCES is trying to get the word out to new immigrants overseas about our new pre-arrival program. The concept of receiving employment services aboard upon approval of permanent residency is new. Any suggestions how we can raise awareness for the program?

Do you have any suggestions as how we can outreach to newcomers overseas and connect to our target clients?

Aside from this forum, what other resources did you use to prepare your move to Canada?

Thanks for you input in advance
