I have an incorporated business "ABC corp" and I am the Sole Director of it. I work as a contractor for Scotiabank at their Toronto location but do not get paid directly via Scotiabank. Scotiabank pays a intermediary staffing company "XYZ corp". XYZ further pays my corp ABC.

My ABC corp files for T2 Corporation Tax Return. My ABC Corp pays me a salary also and so my own corporation ABC issues me my individual T4 at the end of the year.

I am filing for citizenship and filling out the employment history.

Since, I have a corporation, which files T2 corporation tax return and I get individual T4 slips from my own corporation. But I work as a contractor at Scotiabank. What should I file under employment history.

Option 1: Both Director of ABC and employee of ABC - since I am both and have both T2 corporation tax forms and T4 individual tax forms. If yes, then what address should I show? Scotiabank address where I was working or the Corporation address where it was registered.

Option 2: Independent Contractor at Scotiabank - but I do not have T4 from Scotiabank. I only have invoices from staffing firm XYZ.

Option 3: Director of ABC and Independent Contractor at Scotiabank. but again I do not have T4 from Scotiabank

I believe the best option is option 1 with the address for YOUR corp listed on the articles of incorp.
You can always add an explanation letter indicating clients your ABC corp has.
