Hi all,

I am from Israel, I have letter from my company.
Please advice if I must submit employment contract or letter with all information enough?
That will be if I not provide the employment contract ?
I must to provide employment contract and letter for my spouse too?
 
First thing is did u get the AOR from the CIC or if you are still waiting for it.If you have got an AOR then there is an option to document a letter if in case if you cannot provide the letter of employment stating appropriate reasons.

Or else you have to provide a letter stating the same job responsibilities or duties which if you have mentioned any at the time of application.DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES FOR UR RESUME OR JOB DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES and get it signed with the company seal and signed from your immediate supervisor.

If you can provide the letter of employment it should contain the job responsibilities explained by you during the first application to CIC and it should be signed by your immediate supervisor with a company seal and signature and MOST important of all it should be on the original company letter head no xerox copies entertained here.

most of the times its not possible to provide the letter of employment signed with the duties explained as similar to what you have sent so you have an option to write a document explaining the risks involved in it to the visa officer and that would be all enough
