Is this for getting those extra 50 points? you need LMIA or a closed work permit for specific employer.

Employment agreement alone will not fetch you any points.

Do you have a LMIA now? Or a valid work permit that specifically mentions the company name?

If you don't have, your Employment agreement holds no value.
