Hi,

Can you please advise can I submit below letter received from my employer (HR) for PR application under CEC ?

1) The letter has designation same similar to NOC code title on wich I got WP, salary in CAD/annum, responsibilities/duties, 40 hr/week.

But, at end of the letter there is a sentence "This letter is issued for the purpose of insurance purposes in Canada".

Because HR will not give any letter with above info. Somehow managed to get with above details by saying need it for Insurance.

Will the VO accepts or rejects ?

2) If above is invalid to submit, can I submit PR application without Employer letter or is it Mandatory like IELTS minimum score ?

3) We have a HR deot in Canada and also in India (Head office). Above letter was issued from India HR. Is it OK ?

Thanks,
Sri

Definitely this letter will solve the purpose. These letters are very important as most of the company avoids giving letters for the application of PR.Also try to submit all other letters which you might have received from the company for various other purposes.

Employement letter is a mandatory letter to be submitted with the PR form. If your employer is not providing the letter for PR, submit the same letter which you received for the insurance and also attach a detailed written explaination stating that your employer doesn't provide Emp letter's for PR. Also attach additional document like your annual hike letter etc to support your documentation.

But again I have seen cases where they got rejected because of not providing a satisfactory employement letter. This depends on the VO reviewing your application.
