Employer is not issuing Experience/job letter

Hi my employer refused to provide me job letter/experience letter for my telecommunication technican job which i am doing from last one and half year.

I have a question is their any thing else i can provide to CIC instead of job letter stating the reason. However, i have employement letter where they states my pay , joining date and my job tittle.

Please Help.

Provide as much as proofs you have. Also, provide bank statement which will state your salary credits. In addition, you can attach IT returns which contains employers PAN number.
