employer company closed

Hi,

i have worked with 3 different company till date and one of them company (employer) is closed at present which is my crutial experience sofar as immigration point of view which is among thos 38 category.

What can be done ? i have taken all necessary certificates at the time of releaving.

Company can be closed anytime.
Businesses have ups and downs and even closures.

You should have prepared the required papers before the biz got closed.

I dont see there is any reason for you to make it to be a Canadian PR as there is no point of demonstration that you have or working for a company that you have claimed to CIO.

The thing is that this experience is among 38 occupetion and crutial for me to consider the experience of that else i wont be eligible.

there is not at all a problem. u have already taken ur reference letters from that employer and if ur visa office demand any extra letter which i think is very rare , u can prepare that req. letter yourself on a stamp paper and notrize it. and do write them about closure of company. i have seen lot of posts on this site where applicant does same and succeed

If u have ref letter that's great i would suggest you to provide as many documents as possible such as pay slip,employment contract,pay rise or review paper so make ur case more genuine n not to cast any doubt to the visa officer.
