Emails are not getting delivered to SINP provided email ID, how to resolve?

Hi,
When i am sending email to SINP provided OASIS email ID, emails are not being delivered and getting below message.

"SWOASIScorrespondence@gov.sk.ca only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list. do you know why? How to fix this?
