Emailing for Status Update

We submitted my fiancee's application Dec 2012, and we have yet to get a medical request, and we haven't heard anything on my case since the summer. We have emailed a couple times since the last correspondence we received in Aug stating that my case was following due process but we haven't heard anything. I just want to be 100% sure that I don't need to include in the email anything more then the below.

If you're meaning the ones where we go through privacy act then yes. It says the application is sitting at Agent ### desk as of beginning of Nov.

Yes she ment the same...you can apply for a second set of notes and can see if there is any progress with in the past 2 months..

I guess by sending an email to CIC, you can expect a standard reply with no direct answer.
but i would give a try by sending email and applying another set of GCMS notes

did you check the notes section?
sometimes it says "review required" and that can delay your application
