It's a moot point now, but I would recommend always using a service with a tracking number (e.g. Xpresspost) as you can provide the number to the CIC to help them locate anything they have received.
Any response so far ? When did you send the reminder ?yahoo7 said:I have not received a response yet. Sent them a reminder too but in a separate email.

I also thought of sending the PCC's with a tracking number, but the address to what I thought should be sent is a P.O. Box and hence I sent it through regular mail. But now I am :'(seton said:It's a moot point now, but I would recommend always using a service with a tracking number (e.g. Xpresspost) as you can provide the number to the CIC to help them locate anything they have received.
Hi canadavisa07 and yahoo07,Canadavisa07 said:You did send it to the visa office (CPP-O) as indicated in your AOR email but this is a P.O Box from where the visa officer will have to collect it.
If you had sent it directly to the other address in Ottawa, you would not have faced the problem.
Anyways, you can send an email to CPP-O letting them know that you sent your PCC by mistake to the P.O box. May be you get a response. Good Luck !
That is Ottawa's email for PR applications.PCKUMAR said:Hi canadavisa07 and yahoo07,
I already sent an email to OttPilot-Immigration @ cic.gc.ca informing that I have sent the PCC's to the P.O Box address. But they confirmed that they haven't received them yet. Is there any email id for CPP-O that you are aware of.
Thanks
PCKUMAR, yes that's the Ottawa CPO email ID. After how long did you get a reply from CIC?PCKUMAR said:Hi canadavisa07 and yahoo07,

amikety, what forms are you trying to resend?amikety said:•Do not send repeat enquiries, this includes sending the same enquiry by multiple means, as it creates confusion and can delay our reply.

This is from CPP-Ottawa's information on CIC's website. It's under the "fax" information, but it says by multiple means and repeat inquiries. I would take that to mean do not email them multiple times.
I emailed them last week. My question was very generic. (Basically: Can I fax corrected forms to you?) They replied in 25 hours. It may take longer for case-specific replies.
Also, just a suggestion - include multiple ways to identify you. I included my full name - first, middle, and last, plus date of birth, application number, and my client ID number.

You cannot e-mail the background dec. You will need to send it by mail. They need the ORIGINAL copy.amikety said:I forgot to make a declaration.
Ottawa said I could fax it.jsm0085 said:You cannot e-mail the background dec. You will need to send it by mail. They need the ORIGINAL copy.
